Have you ever been just sitting there and all of a sudden you feel
like doing something nice for someone you care for? THAT'S GOD
talking to you through the Holy Spirit.
Have you ever been down and out and nobody seems to be around
for you to talk to? THAT'S GOD wanting you to talk to Him.
Have you ever been thinking about somebody that you haven't seen
in a long time and then next thing you know you see them or receive
a phone call from them? THAT'S GOD. There is no such thing as
coincidence.
Have you ever received something wonderful that you didn't even ask for, like money in the mail, a debt that had mysteriously been cleared, or a coupon to a department store where you had just seen something you needed, but couldn't afford? THAT'S GOD knowing the desires of your heart.
Have you ever been in a situation and you have had no clue how it was going to get better, how the hurting would stop, how the pain would ease, but you look back now on it and realized THAT's GOD passing you through tribulation to see a brighter day.
Do you think that this posting was accidentally brought to your
attention? NO! I was thinking of you and wishing to bring a little hope
your way today.
"For every petal you pluck from a daisy,
You're granted one measure of love.
For every rainbow you find with two ends,
I wish you two stars from above.
For every tear you brush from a cheek,
I promise you kindness will follow.
Wherever you walk, under rainbows or stars,
Over daisies, or down lonely hollows.
For every child that you play with and talk to,
I grant you one heart full of laughter,
For every smile you place on a face,
I promise you peace ever after."

Hello Belizegial
Beautiful beautiful posts.
Thank-you!
Peg
I think you are such a wonderful person! Your daughters are very lucky to have such a wonderful Mother! Keep sharing the great writings....they really help me as I go through day to day struggles. I know God has a plan for me...not sure what it is all about yet, but I know I listen. I so believe in fate, and know that one day I will find that special man to share my life with. The waiting isn't so bad really, not with good friends and all the learning that goes with it! I've learned to be strong and not compromise my beliefs out of lonliness or sorrow...but to stay strong, and wait for lifes plan to unfold!! All my years alone have been good years, learning years, and growing years. Most of all, I do believe I am meant to be alone for a reason, and that I do accept. I know I will have my time when it is meant to be....
Keep sharing the great thoughts!!
I know they are helping me!!

hey there belizegial!!
just checked my blog and saw your comment from the 19th...the idea of silvery confetti sounds magical...oh to have a video of that...but sometimes the photos in our minds eye are the true treasures. eh? anyway, i just looked out the window and the snow is falling in HUGE white flakes, BUT not sticking to the street yet...it looks lovely...however, i'm going to stay indoors and warm...cheers for now,
pj
hi enid, you always have such profound words to share. from the first time i visited your blog and read the 2 prayers that are posted, i knew there was a spiritual connection here. you continue to be such a blessing to me. thank you for the shared emails. it's good to be able to talk to someone openly, knowing that you're not judging me by my words, but are understanding what's behind them.
i hope your daughter had a great birthday celebration with you and her sister. have a great week and continue to be blessed.
hugs & blessings,
sylvia
hi enid,
i've been thinking about you for the last couple of days, and just wanted to say hi. hope all is well with you and and your daughters, and that things are going good on the job. how's the weather there? we're brrrrrrrr cold here with a little snow and ice. i'm finishing up my economics final exam, economics research paper, and have my final in small business management tomorrow. then i'm free for about 3 weeks, yipeee!
have a great weekend.
love to you,
sylvia
hey there Enid: did i tell you before that i have only known 2 Enids before you??
Anyway, i am starting to send out merry Christmas greetings before everything gets too busy/and more power failures. The temperatures here have been as low as 5 degrees, but the sun is shining through the daytime, and with the clear skys at night one can see the magnificent moon. The fog has finally gone, thank goodness!!... it was soooo bleak.
Hope all is well around your house, and hope that you and your family and friends have a wonderful time the joyful season,
Merry Merry Merry Christmas!!!
luv etc,
pj
hi enid,
what a nice surprise to hear from you this evening. I've been pretty much just sleeping, but each day I am feeling better, and I figure by the weekend I should be ready to go out. I want to go to new year's eve service at the church I've been visiting so I'm really looking forward to it. I have a doctor's appointment on friday anyway, which is good so he can check me out to make sure the cold is gone out of my system. I want to be sure my lungs are clear and healthy. my classes start back on the 13th of january so I should definitely be in good health by then. I really needed my resistance built back up and with all of the sleep I've been getting, it should be so by the time classes start back.
I think children are what makes christmas so special with the gifts, food, etc., and to see them so excited when they open their presents--there's nothing like it. I'm glad you enjoyed your christmas day with your children. your house sounds like a lot of excitement and fun, especially with the added attraction of the puppies.
karrene and her husband and daughter karyce are all doing great. it's been very exciting for them to have karyce this christmas. they call me all of the time to let me hear karyce coo and make her baby sounds. they are so excited and really enjoy her. karrene is a great mommy, but I knew she would be because she's a great auntie.
fireworks on christmas, how exciting! enjoy the rest of your nite, and will chat with you later.
peace & blessings,
sylvia
Hi Enid, i love the quote from Gerda (? forgot last name) -- two of my favourite things...rainbows and playing with children!...
Thanks for stopping by my blog with your Christmas greetings...i had a wonderful Christmas and now the cleaning up begins as i had some unexpected invitations to dinners etc. so left my house in dreadful chaos...now i am determined to have it spic and span for the New Year...start if off right and all that
...staying away from the Boxing Day Sales (no money OR SPACE, anyway ha ha, AND dread of crowds!)
i hope you had a lovely Christmas and that the New Year will be filled with peace, joy and prosperity for you.
Chat soon, o.k?
love and Light,
pj
